new features (as of 5/30) :
- time is in military-CST, looking for a way to display user time rather than server time
- programs list setup with rollovers and style
- as far as i know compatability cross-browser isn't an issue
- search is disabled, but does do a site query...may just link to google
- css/xhtml/javascript still valid....thank god
- auto hide of program menu will be implemented after the development period
